[center]Yes, another thread to see what people do on here besides play or make maps for SC....

I want to see who plays a musical instrument on SEN (Yes a musical instrument, not a mixing board or whatever the rap people do...)

I play the drums and I am in 2 bands right now!

I have played the drums since seventh grade and i am in tenth now, so like 4 years. I have got pretty good! But, I know that there are some really good musicians that play better than I do!

What do you Play???

I play the 'keyboards'. not the piano, the 'keyboards'! Cause when people think piano, they think that persons a... "fruit". (if u know what i mean) Cause i can play like rock and stuffvs...

I like to find out songs from Deep Purple, and Black Sabbath, and I can actaully play the full version of the song Stairway To Heaven. (the best song ever) And it makes other instruments alittle easier!

o yea... and sometimes i make up crappy songs!

Nah. I don't think so, in my opinion good piano players are really cool. Since I play drums I have no finger dexterity I commend piano players. (It is really hard to play piano. At least for me)

I don't officially play an instrument, as in I had never had any classes or got involved. But I have composed a few songs on the electric guitar, and the piano. (I don't like the idea of playing other peoples songs.) I've been told I'm pretty good on the guitar.

I play alto tenor and bari sax, along with minimal clarinet; mainly bass clarinet because the way you play is similiar to sax. I was in our winter percussion ensemble for a little while, so I know a little of that. I'm planning on learning oboe...some...time...

Speaking of instruments...I just got back from a basketball game and I have blood in my eye...I'll talk to ya'll later.

I used to play: Drums, Piano, Well i used to play allmost anything, As i had to much time on my hands.

But, I stoped.. SO i have no idea how good i am anymore

What insturment do i play? I play Bass Trombone, which kicks some major ass there, i also play just normal trombone in a jazz band. unfortunatly the Second jazz band at my school, the first one is REALLY REALLY GOOD!!!! i think they're rated like 3rd in the nation as far as highschools go, at least they were a couple of years ago, not sure this year, but they are 1 of 5 bands in the country who got invited to the essentially ellington competition in NY. iI'm not that dedicated to jazz to be in the first band, lol.

The thing about the saxophone is that it's less than 100 years old. There aren't any Bach or Mozart music made for it unless it has been adapted. Therefore, you'll notice not many philharmonic or professional orchestras have saxophones unless they are doing contemperary arangements. What I'm trying to say is that if I want hired in the musical world, I have a better chance if I know all these other instruments as well.

i play:

drums, trumpet, violin, guitar, and some flute, though i kinda stick at it. i also play some piano but i gave that up a few years ago.
