Xbox has memory storage, but PS2 can too, but u have to buy it separately. That's y Xbox is more expensive.

Last time I checked, both Xbox AND PS2 were at 150 a pop.
I'm not really interested in Xbox, other than maybe Soul Calbur II, but that's on the cube as well. Halo, you can get on the PC, as with Brothers in Arms. Xbox live doesn't interest me too much, as I can play on my PC for free. The hardrive however, is a cool thing, as you can listen to custom songs, and if you are really crafty, you can turn it into a PC!
PS2 has some great titles like: Tekken 5, Gran Turismo 4, Metal Gear Solid 3 and God of War. San Andreas doesn't count as it will be ported to Xbox and PC in the summer, both with better technology. The irony is that the PS2 has the worst technology of the 3 consoles, yet it has a solid selection of games. It's also pricey as you need to buy a multitap to play with more than 2 players. I still don't get why Sony did this.
The Gamecube is the most affordable system, yet it has more juice than the PS2. Though it lacks the DVD playability of the PS2 and Xbox, it doesn't need it. It's compact, and does its purpose well: to play games. Some solid titles include: F-Zero GX, Resident Evil 4, Metroid Prime, and Super Smash Bros. Melee. I prefer it as it is more easy on the wallet than the PS2, YET it gives better quality in terms of graphics and loading times. The controller is right for me, and you can use an adapter if you like the PS2 version. The new Zelda is on the horizon and graphically, that game looks incredible.
