I was originally right handed but I 'trained' myself to write with both and now I use both for writing, tho I mostly use my right hand for painting and the left hand for typing.

ok than, it's easy, take a pencil and start writing every letter in the ABC with your left hand untill you get used to it, start writing them slowly and keep on faster and faster by time, than start writing words and phrases, and in the end you should be able to write with both hands.
It should take you about a week.
