ok well here is what is going on, my girl friend(kristina) has a stalker now....it's not cool this guy is every place me and her go...i've talked to him, i've called the cops on him, i've pulled a knife on him, and soon well i just want to kill him, i want to put a law suit onhim for like staying 2 miles away from my girlfriend at all time or something

Uh that's pretty much all you can do. You could bring a video tape around and film him being everywhere your girlfriend is and give it to the cops.
Other then that don't kill him, you could lose your girlfriend, and a few years of your life.

he is allways where me and my girlfriend are, or just my girlfriend, he sits accross the street in a car and watchs around her house. he try to hit on her when I AM around her
its just so annoying and the lazy @$$ cops won't do anything about it

well keep an eye on your girlfriend and make sure he doesnt harm her or anything. what exactly did he say when you talked to him? tell him to go away or youll beat the shit out of him to try to scare him

I wouldn't listen to my advice (hell, I don't listen to mine), but I'd say sohow (without provoking him) get him to assault you and beat him down in "Self Defense". That'll show him what for
