I have started my rpg about a couple of weeks ago, and I am about 10% completed with it. My map will probably be split into two maps because already I have over 100 locations in it. In my Final Fantasy X rpg has the names of every character in it, including names of real bosses and monsters. You are able to cast spells for both lulu, and yuna. Also you can summon every aeon from the game with yuna, but only if you find them. So thats just about it so far. I will be sending the demo to SEN to this topic later today, right now I am in school.

lol, i stuck it here because i was just roaming through everything and just sent it here. i guess iam gonna go to the right place now. and i know that i can do it because i have made many maps, and i think making maps is easy, i am very familiar with every trigger/switch in Starcraft X-tra editor. You do know that the PS2FFX took years to create.
How exactly will this SCFFX be in par with the real game?
Does it have any factors that make it worth playing on SC?
If not, wont you think people would just pop-in their PS2FFX games?

What about the mini-games in the PS2 Version?

I have no doubts of you hitting the string AND keystroke limits very quickly.

How will you "save" the statistics of each character as they shift?
Will you give the players the ability to change characters on-the-fly?
I don't think your 10% is correct. It would take me a few years to fully recreate the first few hours of game time in PS2FFX.
Yeah I know that I could not create all that stuff into a SC map, but I just like summarized some of it. Its currently on hold right now, I will get back to it when I have the time too.
