I really like single-player starcraft and have downloaded your campaign. I will get back w/ you and update this post soon. I am also curious to see what Ai's you use? Expect a response soon.

Four things you're campaign needs:

1. SPELL CHECK
Theres a tiny bit of spelling and dictioning mistakes but thats about it. You did a very good job translating the text for us!

2. NEATNESS
Messy unit preplacement and slightly unprofessional looking terrain. Make it natural like Blizzard's campaigns.

3. DIFFICULTY
You're WAY too generous with the resources, units, and positioning. Lay out the battlefield like a puzzle. Let us find holes in the enemy's base and position and exploit them. Let us be challenged and have our butts whipped here and there throughout the campaign.

4. STORYLINE TUNEUP
"What is the Confederation and whats it trying to achieve? What is the Treaty of Zeratul and how it came to be? Why does Mengsk want to break the relationship between the Protoss and the Terrans? How does this mission fit and flow the storyline; is it neccessary?" Try to fill all the story gaps and give it strength. Make the player feel involved, both physically and emotionally (How did you feel when Kerrigan killed Fenix; does this make you want to wring her neck harder?). Get the players to realize that their time they're investing in this session is for a good cause!

Good campaigns are rather hard to make. You've done a good job but needs a bit of work. All that your map lacks is just story and appearance.

Thanks for sharing your campaign with us and I hope to see your later works someday.

Thank you Sodium,

I like your constructive criticism on my campaign. Yes, it is true that I did not hold account of the context of Broodwar to make this campaign, thank you for your indulgence has my regard because it was my 1st campaign which I had made it ya that a few years, but which was reviser at least 3 English times as much when French. That which is in English on your site at present, it more recent revised 2005, that which is in French is 2004. Yes, I acknowledge that my heroes in this campaign do not hold account of the context of Broodwar and is certain gap on the levels of the scenario. Would be necessary that I work a little more has this level. But this campaign made its time, at was make soon 3 years which it is on several sites of English Starcraft as much that in French, and which was to download more than 1,000 times...
Now I have very recently to decide to make another campaign, and it is for that that I appreciate your comment largely, because I will hold account for my next campaign of it!

Thank you sodium! w00t.gif happy.gif

Sorry to take so long to get back w/ you.

I played the first 5 missions but have not finished campaign yet... sorry.

You've spent a lot of time making this and it has some fun content.

I also realize that English is not your first language. This doesn't bother me. Because the human brain is so powerful, it can recode and decipher what it is you're trying to say despite the grammar and spelling mistakes without much difficulty. Ya it's kinda like smiling with spinach on your teeth, but it really isn't that important. I know how hard "writing" in another language can be, and you obviously have a very large vocabulary and probably write extremely well in your native tounge ...French maybe?

As for the maps.. they seem maybe a bit too cluttered and cramped. In the first misson I had to "shoot" the tanks and bunkers just so I could get out of my base. Also in a later mission I gave up on trying to work through the yellow allied town to get to cerebrates as this was a major traffic jam. I didn't realize yellow was my ally until later. Maybe shared vision with yellow would be a nice addition so that I could see where he was attacking. I could then join him in a cooperative effort.

I also agree with "salty" that the maps have far too many resources and maybe a bit easy.

All in all tho I appreciate your efforts and your work has not gone unnoticed as sodium_chloride has also noted. I too look forward to any of your future endeavors.
