Well, I as many of you might already know am a huge morrowind fan, i think it's a great game and a just can't get enough of it. I give it 9.8/10 which is very high praise for me. The only mjor problem that I see is the fighting system. Anyway Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivian will be ocming out ssome time so i decided to start this topic on the old game. I was wondering who here plays Morrowind or is interested in it?

Me brother and me like the game, the only problem is, it gets boring single player., and i not remember if you can play multiplayer (if you can, our internet sux to bad for it to be enjoyable)

It's a fun game, but the bugs kill it for me.
Just to make everyone aware that isn't, Elder Scrolls:Arena is free to download on whatever bethesda's website is. Arena is the original ES game, it's pretty fun.

its a nice game, only thing I dislike about it is the leveling system
I like exp level ups (kill tons of stuff to get exp to level up) not stat level ups (get x amount of a certain skill and gain a level)

well technicly you could lvl by killing a lot of stuff... it would really just be your weapon skill increaseing enough to the point of level (so if it's a main skill it owuold have to be uped 10 times.)

The bug with the saves is one that makes me not play the game. There are tons of bugs that could be prevented regardless of the size. Some bugs like the soul trap = infinite stats bugs obviously couldn't be predicted very well, but they could have put a limit on stats so that crap like running so fast you go through walls doesn't happen. Ya it is a good game, but I havn't played it for a while because I just can't do much more in the story line.

If you put on the god code and money code, you can make seriously insane spells, i wiped out an entire town's people with one shot when i was flying above laughing as the guards ran all over trying to learn how to fly.

I love playing Morrowind. Oblivion gets my vote for the 2nd greatest game of all time. And its not even out yet...

Modding Morrowind is the 3rd greatest consumer of my free time.

I found the download, but its not on Bethesda's website...
It's on some website dedicated to just the Elder Scrolls series.

how sad that you actually have to cheat to do that......I personally think it's better when u do it without god mode/ money ups..... becuase with the stuff they give u in game it's easy to get that way... plus its much more fun to actually get the items/ skills through proper mehtods...

well, in most games i would get your back on thta point. but it's pretty ez to do that kinda thing in morrowind with out cheating, all you need is a little know how and a little patience.
