There's 5 numbers from 1-40.
40 different numbers can come up, making the odds of getting all 5 40*39*38*37*36 (assuming the same number can't come up twice, which is 1 in 78960960... but you only need four to win, so I think we divide by 5 total numbers and multiply by the required 4 for 1 in 63168768... or something. I only know the probability I have for getting all 5 is correct.

Maybe if nobody hits jackpot, then Yoshi add whatever amount the last round fielded in and starts the next lottery.
Alternatively, I could start my own lottery and have higher stakes and stuff. Though I'll need to work out some sort of scoring system and stuff.
