Figure out this vexing riddle.
3 ladies go to buy a radio. The radio is $30 so they each pay $10. The radio was actually $25 so the manager went back to give back $5. He then stopped thinking how the hell is he suppose to split the money between the 3 ladies. So he kept $2 and gave $1 back to each of the ladies. Soooo
3 x 9 = 27 + 2 (the 2 he kept) = 29. 30 - 29 = 1.
What happened to the missing dollar?
Although I don't have any prize XD. Shoot me if you must.
The last lady he hired for 1 night for something

...only 1 dollars!
That guy is doing some bad business. You dont just keep their money because you can evenly split their change.

Well actually there is no missing dollar. The radio cost $30 originally before the manager remembered it was $25 so theres a $5 difference. 1 dollar to each lady = $3 and 2 dollars for himself = $2.
3+2 = 5
There is no missing dollar, I think you just added/subtracted it in another way to fool us

We know it is a left over of 5 dollars.
But in the way the story is stating it where did the dollar go in that?
Then again I'm not so sure about the answer myself. When I was told the answer it took me a while to even figure out half of it.
Its quite simple really
Each woman has paid $9.
The Manager has $2.
$9 x 3 = $27 - $2 = $25
Another way:
Each woman has $1.
The manager has $2.
The company has $25.
$3 X $1 = $3 + 2 = $5 + $25 = 30.
Problem Solved
*cough* copied answer */cough*
Awwww

Nah, my old tfc clan had a riddle section and someone posted that and I remembered how they explained it.
Well to me I thought that it needed a bit more explaining then just saying 3+2.
I agree with Artanis, he said that you added wrong and that was correct.
