I just got Macromedia Flash MX....and I was wondering how do you make frame-by-frame animation?! I know tweened animation is the other method...but I couldn't find any tutorials for frame-by-frame animation. Can someone post a tutorial or..just explain here? biggrin.gif

Press F6 and that will be a new frame. So do something in one frame then press F6 and then do something else to it.

Oh....lol now I feel stupid smile.gif . Thanks...but now I've just been wondering. How would you create a 'walking' animation (frame-by-frame?) Do you use different layers each time...or just erase and create new legs for each frame?

Just modify the legs, works good for me.

Change the leg locations and tween the body and the arms to swing tongue.gif

He wants to do it frame by frame. No motion tweening although it is much easier...
