Are you refering to a file that is posted on this website? There is nothing like the file or stealer you are describing here. If it is in our downloads database, please correct me.
Otherwise, you should submit that version to our downloads database so we can deny all future stolen versions. We are extremely against having stolen maps in our downloads database and we will do everything we can to respect the authors.

Man map thieves suck. I mean c'mon they take all the credit for what someone else put time and effort and they break it down and use it as their own. It reminds of a scenario with me and a couple of friends, but still we can't just flame someone no matter what they do because it's just not right. And yes, I did just make up this speech and didn't steal it from a history book or anything.

Is that why it was okay for you to steal maps... Did you even get punished for that? People shouldn't have to protect their maps like that, before map preview it was impossible to see those maps until you played them... even with the preview it's still hard to see what the map really is.
