That tells you who you've allied, not who's allied you.
Though, you can test by sending a single cheap unit(eg. Zergling) to all your allies, and leaving them near the Bunkers.
If they ask why the Zerglings are there, ask them why it matters. A single Zergling won't be able to backstab well.

Unit Suicde:if they kill there own units...whats the big deal?
There are uses, if I could think of them(such as Uberena and Team Micro).
Open Rpg's: Select to get upgrades. Poof, suddenly all the upgrade buildings are yours.
Kill them all, no one can upgrade, and the map doesn't give a damn because no one that's made Open Rpg's expected a unit suicide hack. This works for many, many other Rpg's, too.
Lazer Tag. You can kill your unit and rechoose without giving anyone a kill.
In any of those Rpg's in which you get a spell that lets you take control of a unit, if you're fast enough, then you can control a boss unit and suicide it before it's given back to comp.

You cant kill the locations that ban. Only the beacon.
He was saying that if it's a "Kill the Medic/Civilian/whatever To BAn" method, not "Bring To Beacon". Also, even if it is a "Bring to Beacon" ban, then if you kill your own beacon, then the host might not be able to tell where your beacon is.
