ConquerOnline is a pretty cool online game that's free to play. It's a MMORPG and you can be either an archer, warrior, trojan, or a taoist. My SN is MuShu(like the pork ). Check it out.

The banner "I come, i see, i conquer" is wrong.

Its "I came, I saw, I conquer.

Okay, I downloaded it and all, And signed up...But when I try to sign into the game all I get are errors.

If you want to be REALLY picky about it, its
"I came, I saw, I conquered"


And I think the site did that on PURPOSE.

Did you DL the patches? There are many patches...

Omg I tried that game, one of the worst games ive ever played >.<

= ( error message almost everytime that i try to play, its weird i get an error message it goes away, then it asks me if i want to send and error messege, so i click no, and all my programs restart
so i try pressing yes, and all my programs restart/shut-down

I have been playing the game for about 300 hours now (off and on). My screen name there is SA_Max71. Pekkel and I play in the dreams--> honor server. I have to say that:

---

Good:

• It's easy to get money (silver) and easy to get to level 10. It's especially easy to get to a higher level if you team up with a person that has a high level. That way, you and the other person can go kill monsters you wouldn't be able to for at least 20 more levels. This means you will get to a higher level quicker than you could on your own.
• Nice detailed terrain
• If you die, than you can wait for 20 seconds and then come back to life, or if a water Taoist is nearby, they might bring you back to life. However, this Taoist must have a very high level in order to use this technique.
• You can buy items from the computer to improve your stats. You can use an item, such as a dragonball, to improve most items. You can pick up items dropped by dead monsters, and you can also trade items with other people.
• The guards, patrols, and solders are really funny and real stupid. You can attack them, and unless you are really strong, you will die. Or, you can try to heal them, and they will act as if you attacked them.
• There are other players online that will help turn you from a noob(er) to a uber player.
• There are quests that you can go on. For example, last Easter there was an Easter egg hunt. You had to find an Easter egg and take it to the market to get something nice that you would like.
• You can buy dragon balls. You need a credit card to do this, or you can try to buy one from a person in the game. Or, if you are quick enough and lucky enough, you might find one that was dropped by a monster in the game.
• There are a lot of servers that you can go to.
• You can join a guild. If you die and you can't drop anything when you do, the guild might cover for the experience you would otherwise lose.
• Once you have reached level 20 or higher, you can enter a training area. The targets you attack there cannot hurt you. If you are using a weapon that has limited shots, than this weapon won't loss any shots (or charges) in the training area.
• You can attack people.
• You can either pay 50 slivers, or use a PK ticket to get into an area where you are allowed to attack other people. If you successfully kill someone else, you won't loss any of your items, your manna and health will stay the same.
  
• Uh, is this a good thing? Dowomo, aka Dubs McBacon, won't be playing this game unless he orders the CD. (He can't DL anything faster than 2KB for some reason.)

Bad:

• If the HUD (heads up display) was any more like Diablo, Blizzard could sue the makers of conquers and win.
• Most of the time, if you want to play for more than 30 minutes at a time, you have to do it between 9:00 PM EST and 5:00 AM EST. Otherwise your going to be kicked off of the server because of just how many people are on the server.
• There are messages that display about ever 3 minutes. Although they do display some useful tips, they can become very annoying. There isn't some sort of feature to turn them off.
• People can kill you. You have really got to hate when this happens if you posses a very rare item, such as a dragon ball. (I have seen people willing to buy a dragon ball for 100,00 sliver!)
• You can't add any enemies to your list of enemies the same way you would with Diablo.
• In order to get to the training area, you have to fork over 1,000 slivers.
• The game is about 500 MB. The patches you have to download are another 500 MB. I don't know about you, but if I knew I was going to have to download 1,000 MB, I wouldn't have downloaded this game at all. I would rather of played Diablo 2.

My rating out of 10 (which might be changed if I missed something:):
4.5 out of 10./C- (Conquers just barely missed getting a D+)
Reasons:
If this game was anything more like Diablo, Blizzard could sue them and win. Conquers looks like a cheap remake of Diablo. The HUD is very cluttered, and after a while, it becomes boring to play despite all of the quests you can go on. At least in Diablo there was something different around the corner. You knew that something that you could attack in Diablo was right around the corner, but at least you didn't know what that thing was. If conquers was Diablo, once you have beaten a level you have fought against all of the monsters. I can name almost all of the monsters on Conquers using my left hand, right hand, and right foot. I can't do that with Diablo. Also, I spent 10 hours downloading the game and the patches. I have cable, and I have downloaded 1.5 MB per second from Microsoft.
