Hello, this is my first post and I was wondering if anyone knew how to activate the console on CE without going into Developer Mode. And if you know, could someone please tell me the commands for it?

It means Halo:Combat Evolved, which is Halo 1's title. And other than that, I have no idea what he is talking about. Developer mode, command stuff

Halo CE is Halo Custom Edition. It's a multiplayer only version of normal Halo PC that is more mod friendly.
