I couldn't find anywhere to put it so here it goes.

Err., whenever I load a map, is said "Runtime Error '7' Not enough Memory" I'm not hundred percent sure about the wording but it issomething like that.

I am not too sure on this but try openining all the files for proedit first, example: Unitlist.lst, MPQCTL.ocx Thats what I do to run Proedit.exe. But I am not sure if its the same thing :/

Edit: If you cant find those files try using WINZIP to open it if you dont already have it.

Make sure you have the latest version 1.4.2

ive had another problem with map colors. i cant use it because it said my "RICHTX32" with a runtime error of 372. and the RICHTX32 came with proedit 1.4.2.

I've seen some bugs in PROEdit. Here are a few:

Without the listfile, it removes all the files from the mpq when lowering the ammount of files the mpq can store.

Also, when you actually lower the ammount, it removes strings like for wav files(except I renamed the wav to a zip tongue.gif). I re-added it manually though.

The string editor always crashes if you have "Action: Recycle" and "Do the action with: Displayed Strings", and you click OK.

The CUWP slot editor does not work...

Anyway, it's 1.4.1 that I used. I'll see 1.4.2.

ADDITION:
Oh Nevermind. Same errors are in 1.4.2.

I fixed some stuff in 1.4.2, but not all of it.

Okay, thats pretty weird. I don't see why this could happen, but maybe you have too many processes running in the background. Try to remove programs running in tasktray and whatever.

Rich text support files are already included in there, anyone else has this problem?

And what were you doing, just opening the program?

Sorry for the late post.

No, as soon as I load/open a map with proedit, that error comes up and it automatically closes. sad.gif

Go to control panel->system and check out the RAM memory.

256 MB Ram, it says. And a load of other gibberish about Hz or something.
