Here is an attached replay. I will also put some comments made by wesmic about the game.

1) Wesmic claims his APM was higher than mine. I admit I had a lower than usual APM, but review it on Bwchart to see if his statement is true, also take a look at all the other stats to see.

2) Wesmic says that he would have won if I wasn't there, saying I had no impact on the turnout of the game at all. Even my presence didnt affect the game, he claims. I would like to say that when thinking about this you should take into account the fact that it was a 2v1, AND that Ape went METAL, which was to counter me since I was T.

Considering that draw a conclusion as to what would happen in this case when apes metal went up against wesmic's Muta/ling. Consider a TvT match up where both T went Metal, and consider a TvZ matchup where the T went Metal, which isn't very good. Furthermore Ape had no M&M at all which is certainly not what you do in a TvZ.

Now you can watch the rep and look at it in BWchart, but be sure to get the new BWchart version for the new patch. Prove or disprove what wesmic is saying. I would like to hear what other people think of his comments. The new penguinplug would also enhance your viewing pleasure with the text during the game, which can give you even more of an idea of what went on.

On a side not I would like to add, wesmic is continually dodging aperape in 1v1s.

I just want to know if my conclusions are right or wrong. If I'm wrong, it would help me better understand the game.

Devilesk, its amazing how FEW people care about this, including me and aperape... and for the "continual 1v1 dodge", aperape has never asked me for a 1v1 rematch (i beat him in a 1v1 a little while ago) its always you spamming and shit in the op staredit.net channel, you were banned and it was damn deserving.

I beleive you're both dip shits. First off, metal can work against Zerg. Fast wraiths or a Goliath drop will work against an unprepared player. Scouting isn't just figuring out what the enemy's race is, as you seem to think. APM isn't a good judge of skill. I could care less that you accidentally double stimmed or got bored and started clicking everywhere for no reason. At this level of gaming you can't trust APM, only in higher levels. What do you mean 1v1 PGT match? You mean on one of their maps? I think it's safe to assume you don't play PGT with n00bish statments such as those. Take care of this yourselves, few people want spend time reading how unfair your last game was blah blah blah.

Hmm, could you also answer my questions? Ape had gols and tanks against muta/ling. Look at the replay to get a better idea of the matchup. Sure APM isnt a good judge of skill, I know that, but I'm asking for the FACTS. Wes said was his APM higher? Even if you don't believe in APM you could actually use bwchart to get the numbers and see if his statement was true or false. Now you are right on most things and the metal vs Z, but I'm talking about this matchup. Also did I say I would PGT? No, I just said that Ape would like a 1v1 PGT matchup with wesmic.

Now, does anyone want to take the time to actually answer my questions and at least look at the rep? I don't want irrelevant off topic posts, and I don't want a flame war here. Just give me your opinion on the statements, are they true or false. If you don't have anything good to say, don't say it at all.

Btw, scouting isn't just finding out what the terrain is like either. And scouting their race also includes scouting for what kinds of things they are preparing to do such as drop, etc.

One more thing, the main thing about the whole Ape going metal thing is that, do you think that me being T caused him to go metal? Would a T player normally go straigh to metal with no M&M against a Z? Does that show that me being in game had an impact?

Devilesk., Goliaths work extremely well versus mutalisks, and pretty well verse zerglings...

Also, devilesk., ApeRaPe never asked me for a 1v1 on any map at all, its just been you trying to get us to play each other

Yes of course goliaths work well against mutas, but combined them with mass zergling, you easily outmassed him. And as I said before, this has nothing to do with my question.

Now, people like PsychoTemplar would say, well APM doesn't matter. Well wesmic was the one who brought it up. All I'm asking is that anyone take a look at the replay in BW chart and see who's APM was higher, as wesmic claims his was. It doesn't relate to skill as a melee person, but it is a matter of truth.

You just keep gettin more sad... You didn't ask a single question, or at least, I see no question marks.
Second, I never massed attacked with both mutalisks and zerglings at the same time (check the replay), so Goliaths own mutas and goliaths own zerglings, they were never put together, so he was doing the right thing, I just outmassed him, as you said.
Furthermore, Quote me, at anytime that I EVER remarked anything about APM.
Finally.... Obviously APM has nothing to do with skill, I had the lowest APM, and was easily the most skilled person in that game.
