They all pretty much suck except Super Smash Bros. Melee... that is, if you have good competition.

Out of what I've played:
Pikmin is OK... alittle strange. If you're into puzzle-type games, you might like it. It's time consuming though.
Rouge Leader II and III are good. Not sure about one.
Mario Party 4 is...
, especially without human opponents.
Super Smash Brothers Melee is good, provided there are some humans. The AI isn't too smart untill they're at level 7-9.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 ... ugh. I have a friend who can beat all of the comps, mainly because he can get 3,000,000,000 without even trying. (Hint: he does it by without moving more than 3 feet in any direction except for up and down.)
