In my map I am trying to make the cannons crystalize but the players have the freedom to build them where ever they want. Since the enabling trigger only works on the top left one, this isn't working well. I tried putting the location on the probe but it didn't work either. It could work but I probably didn't do it right. tongue.gif

I'm not sure about the freedom thing but...

P8 commands at least 1 cannon...
Center location 'cannon' on cannon owned by P8 at anywhere...
Enable doodad state for cannon owned by P8...
Give 1 cannon at 'cannon' to P7...
Preserve.

Obviousley it needs tweaking, but it should work.

Unless you get real crazy and make a grid around the probe, have a pylon follow you...and kill it when you make a cannon.

So it's possible, but it'd get real buggy and VERY advanced.

Do crystallic cannons retain their state when given to another player? I have a method if they do.

Your method Rexy could work but I was wondering, are crystallic cannons recognized as complete photon cannons?

By the way I'm not sure if they retain their state after they're given to another player.

What type of map is it? I have an idea that i could say for a few of the things to make it work, but, it all depends on what kind of map it is. Then I'm pretty sure I could make a trig that could give it to them and let them have the freedom of building and enabling

It's a Defense game with 6 defenders and 2 computers (one enemy and one neutral).

I think crystallized cannons are complete, because they attack, and the construction progress bar dissapeears.
