I need some major help here, my map Preschool Showdown is causing my game to crash, and others games as well. Before it crashed after a text message tried to display but only when protected by ProEdit, so I Fiddled around, but it kept crashing, so I just removed the text. Now its crashing again, and this time I dont know whats causing it, and I dont know if its from ProEdit this time, but plz help.

It seems to be ok in StarForge, but if you open the map in Xtra you can see that you have a bad-placed location/locations in the middle of your map, it crashes in the editor when you move the view over it in the location layer.
Try opening the map in StarForge and resizing some locations... make sure none of them get out of the map's limits, repeat other's name (even tho it *shouldn't* casuse bugs), or have any unknown boxes unchecked/checked when they shouldn't be.

when things crash it could be alot of things either the program or there is something in the game thats not right i guess that was a little obvious

yea I had noticed that previously but didn't know why it was doing that, I just toyed with it now one of my locations wasnt named there, for some reason I mustve messed it up or something maybe now it will work correctly.

ProEdit screws up the last string. Just make a new location or comment a trigger before protecting with Proedit.

PROEdit will screw the last string anyway when saving, you don't even have to do any action(Well, maybe you do, I used the compression option to reduce max mpq files, and it removed the last string).

Do you mean when NOT playing your map? You might be using some mods or something, either that, or you're using extended players in your map(stuff like p19 text is carried to other games).
