Does anybody know how to replace/edit/change unused units in SCXE without a mod? Or maby with a mod?(sorry 'bout my spelling)

You can't. You have to have a mod. It's the only way.
With a mod, you would need an MPQ Editor and various custom tools such as Arsenal III.
