Everybody now has some access over the bot in the channel. Here are the commands with descriptions:
eg: ~example required [optional]
~mail username message - Mail a user
~pingme - Get your own ping
~time - Current time (EST)
~flip - Flip a coin (for decisions and stuff
~roll [highest possible #] - Roll a dice between 0 and [optional number] (defaults to 100)
For stealthbot users, you know more about the arguements of these commands.
BE WARNED! WE CAN REMOVE YOUR RIGHTS AT ANY TIME! YOU ABUSE IT, YOU LOSE IT FOREVER! (means excessive spamming to flip coins and whatever).
Try to whisper the commands to show some respect if the channel has a lot of people in it.

Everybody, or just SEN members? (I suppose all SEN users could be added to the bot's userlist because in our SEN profiles you can list your Battle.net screename...)

Everybody means everybody. Guests have access to those basic commands and moderators/admins have more access. :eg: <- we need a smiley for that

I put them to access zero, so anyone can use them. If you abuse it, we'll just make the bot ignore you.

yea, the only people with access are moderaters/admins, and i was supposed to get some access... but it hasnt happened yet
