This may be another stupid question but I just can't figure out how to use colour text with Xtra editor. Ok, so there are some sort of color buttons on the side of the table but how do I use them? Do I click on them???

You copy paste them in front of the text you want to change the color of.
Like:
Note I didn't use actual color codes, I just used | because it looks like a color code found in X-tra.
Like:

yes that would work
so you highlight the color thingy that you want and them paste in front of word.
then the whole word or sentence would be that color until you choose another color to stop that other color.

Incase you dont already know, when you use the grey or invisible marks everything after them will stay grey or invisible.
