Screened[v1.0]

Information:

I made this so I could have a very small melee game to play with my friends. I recommend to either play a comp stomp on it, or play a free for all. You might get a few larfs of how ridiculously short a game in this can be. Especially if you're good at rushing.

Side Notes:

The map preview and mini map will be garbled, so ignore them. I also warn you: DO NOT LOAD THIS MAP FIRST ON STARCRAFT, always load a normal-sized map first and then play this. There is a tendency to crash, otherwise. There is also a slim chance Starcraft may crash anyways, so just be cautious.

Other Screened Games: Originally, I made a map that was two screens big, but then I decided I wanted more people to enjoy it, and made a three player version. I finally made this maybe a week ago.

UPDATE:

Okay, even if this map WASN'T protected, you can't open it unless you have SCMDraft2 (crashes other Staredits), you want an unprotected version, PM me. Yeesh.

And, I said it only crashes if you load this map first (like that guy who made that single-screened survival game).

Finally, if you want a screenshot, I'm too lazy to put one up here. Eat me.

I mean come on the name of the map is "Screened," sheesh.

You don't want to see it. This is worst than Bloodbath. There is no terrain seperating people from each other. There is barely any room to create a base with. It's just the best player at rushing wins. Which would be a 4pool zerg in this case.

Hmmm, no minimap, 6 players scrunched together, crashes every 5 seconds, and this is fun how?
First of all, no one evr plays comp stomps, if you so your an idiot.
Second, Playingthis with a friend is stupid, no skill, no fun.
Try making a real map please.

P.S. Fortune, you cant post a screenshot of this, its retarded, small and scrunched, you cant even see the minimap in-game. (he screwed it up while protecting it)

Actually, when you make a map size like this, the mini-map becomes garbled anyways. And I can put a screenshot of the map in a map-editor, but I'm too lazy.

I love how the map crashes me every single time. Lol who would play this map if it has a "tendency to crash" and they have to load a regular map before.

You could have made a normal sized map and used null terrain to get the same dimensions.

In fact I am far from it. I am on the varsity soccer team at school, i play paintball literally every weekend, and go out with friends all the time.
Does that mean I cannot know alot about SC? or have a hobbie while im at home?

Thanks for the nice comments, fellas. However, I didn't "flame" you guys. Being a nerd is not an insult in the context I was using. Also, according to this "effort" thing you're talking about, I was just experimenting to see whether something like this would work.

Did I ASK you to download this? No. Did I TELL you to download this? Hell no. Now instead of finding ways of trying to further insult me for one test map, why don't you try some of my OTHER maps? Yeesh.

Oh, and if I used null-terrain it wouldn't be screened, now would it? Sure, the map would be the size of six screens, but you would be able to move the screen to the right and left.

As far as I know, Red2Blue THOUGHT of this strategy alone and probabaly spent more time than Oddly did on his money map -.-

And quite honestly, I liked his "strategy" better, since it was 1% viable.

His strat had 0% chance of working, period, unless you are playing an aweful player (and then anything would work).

He lied when he said he tested it and it worked, and that against better players he vulture dropped to stay in the game, because he obviously did neither unless he was playing a comp/someone who has never played.

Weird strategies work, but not that one. I almost exclusively watch non-pro reps because pro reps are rarely released. However, the reps are still of players that are very good at bw. Tell me, what would watching replays of bad payers accomplish? It would give you the idea that stupid shit works against someone that knows how to play.
