Triggers can be found in Staredit. Click on the little picture of gears.

show leaderboard point (custom) display labelled : lives




player command 0 zergling

create 1 zergling at *****
set score : substract 1point from custom



player custom score is at 0

defeat

There are some questions that don't deserve answers besides read the help file for staredit as its very useful biggrin.gif . Though I suppose anyone could overlook something simple.

set the lives


+any condition (elapsed time, always)

-modify "X" player score[custom] set to "X" number





shows the leader board

+always
-show leaderboard score[custom]






substract one after dying
and actually adds the respawning and text

+Current player brings exactly 0 zerg zergling to anywhere
+current player score[custom] is at least 1

-modify score[custom] for current player, substract 1 custom
-create 1 zergling for current player at location "respawn"
-display text[you died] (optional)
-preserve trigger






life giver trigger

+"Y" player brings at least 1 "X" unit to location "give to PY"

-modify "Y" player score[custom] add 1
-display text[you have given one life to "PY"
-substract 1 score[custom] for current player
-move all "X" unit for "Y" player at location "give to PY" to destination"after giving life"
-preserve trigger


* where "X" is any player
**where "Y" is an specified player
***where "PY" where PY is the chosen specified player

Xtra is Staredit, but Staredit isn't Xtra.

StarEdit is the original mapping program that blizzard created, while Xtra is a collection of 5 modded versions of the original.
so actually, X-tra editor IS Staredit, which changes, but not the other way around.

It has to be centered on a unit.
Move location on unit owned by player at location.
the first location is what is moved.
the unit is what it will center on.
the player is the player who owns the unit.
the second location is where the unit should be found.
