Well,
I'm trying to use the invisible bunker tutorial (http://www.staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=51) , and yes it works, the bunker becomes invisible, BUT when I scroll my screen to that bunker (no shared vision w/ the bunker owner) my SC crashes.
Can anybody help me?

well lets see if old mario can help hmm just set the trigger or bring something something to location and create a bunker wait 100miliseconds create terran unit(w/e) order them to enter the bunker wait 500 miliseconds then disable bunker

oh and always have share vision

this is how i do mine might not work for you for some very unknown reason but if it helps just holla back

Mario, he already got it to work, but something is making him crash.

Ugluk, can you describe what else is on the map? It doesn't sound like bunkers are the thing that are crashing SC.

oh and forgot to say, maybe it is the problem, I'm using hyper triggers in the map

ADDITION:
for the rest there are some tree doodads (jungle doodads on jungle terrain)
nothing else, except an observer

Not really no. Can you post the map, I still don't see what could be crashing SC.

Do this (I do this, even with hypertrigger):
Create bunker & Units to load
Have them load
Move the bunker somewhere
OPTIONAL: Disable it.

Then it shouldn't be there, but attacking. I know it crashes with 4x (maybe 2x and 1.5x).

I don't know... people do for some reason. You just need to move it to a foggy area (and disable your own vision of course)

Yeah its nice to unshare vision with yourself but there is no reason to disable the bunker. Just because some people do it doesn't make it a good idea or correct.
