well...i was map-making as usual on my computer one day experimenting new types of health for my Bounder units and well i had this 6/2 health on a bound i made before in badlands i said well let's put the same black health effect on this bound and the tileset was platform and WHOA!
the health became blue! i said holy sh...me pro! woo hoo
then i got more involved to get you not bored

my conclusions after 1.34 hours of testing were:

1) you can only 3 diferent types of glowing health this is for all zerg units, archon,
beacons,critters and resources
2) the health for terrans* and protoss is random it has no stability as the other ones i mentioned
3)health depends on the tileset you have EX. in badlands-jungle health will go black in ashlands it will go orange/red and in space it will go blue and stay just blue

*terrans health doesn't changes according to the tileset
the other day(today) i was experimenting with players and sprites all that stuf
and WHOA! <conclusions>
1) as the health the player that are not normal change their color
2) i mean p156 for EX. will have blue dots and stay blue in badlands will go black and stay and my favourite in ashlands it will go orange /red black (animated biggrin.gif)

well that's all i have right now i g2g so i will post pics very soon and i will get you work experimenting new things with this i told you

Hmm interesting, you should also try experimenting with making something other than bounds tongue.gif .

Thats bull crap, You can use glowing health on SCV's, Marines, And Turrets. But some of them have to be on different tilesets for them to work properly.

"1.34 hours"? It is so hard to say just over an hour, or roughly 80 minutes, instead of trying to sound factual with random bs? Yeah, this took me 18.493 seconds to type up. If I typed 93% faster, I couldve probably decreased that time by a factor of 3 to the 12th, sans the variable of smashing the keyboard in disgust.

And in essence, isnt your "testing" basically reiterating what other people have already tested in 0/x hp or more hp/max hp?
