Staredit Network -> StarCraft Editing Related -> how do i colour text

ok i can't figure out how to get coloured text (did i mention i'm just starting out)

i'm making a campaign and when your hero dies i want


blah blah has died
displayed in red text


other then some simple things like this i'm doing preatty good and will have a campaign completed and ready for people to check it out in aout a week

You can use this program:

Or you can use an advanced editor like SCMDraft2, SF, or SCXE.

Starforge is the best program to color text, Also, You can see the tutorials to see how to overlap the text.

NO its not xtra editor is the best out there for the color text in my oppion so just dl xtra editor and scmdraft 2 and well i hate to say it dl starforge to so you can do the cool color units thing smile.gif

thanks the SC color dialog worked perfectly for me since all i needed to do was colour some text, i'm not doing anything complicated or advanced so i don't need any advanced editors.






-edit- i must add tho i am very surrised at the speed and helpfullness of the replies

i was asking if it was possible to do it with the regular staredit, i did check around first to see if there was another topic or a tutorial where i could find this out
