Does anyone know of anyway to stop beacons when you place C.O.P somewhere in the fog of war and it shows for everyplayer...

In my map you chose where you want to be but... The beacons show where you are and sometimes it wont showup on the mini map and sometimes it does...
Is there any way around this?

I'm not too sure what you're trying to say, but I think you just want to REMOVE the beacons after you place them.

No basicaly what happenes is that you place the cop as your starting location and it removes it and creates a bunker for a computer while you wait for the other players to chsoe their spots.

But the problem is that as the bunker is removed the fog of war there shows the beacon still there thus giving away your location

In his map you place your beacons to start your starting place. But the first person who places it, the other will know where you are going to start at and etc.

It sounds to me like you can just remove vision for other players until they are placed.

I have a question that relates to this... is there a way to disable cop beacons so they can't be placed? I use them as tribute beacons in one of my maps and people sometimes mess around placing the cop which messes up my tribute triggers and reveals the location they place the cop to everyone on the map.

If you dont want it to be placed then dont even place a Flag Beacon...
Place a Normal one so players cant move it

What if you have the entire map already revealed and remove the beacons ASAP?

Then remove the map revealers and start the game?

Thats not a bad idea.
I was thinking using Dts and moving them to a square tile and it creates a bunker there, but thats a stupid idea.

Legacy that actualy might work!!!
Because you can see the beacon and then it gets removed and
everyon can see it get removed it wont apear on mini map
