For those not familar with Coach Z, or Homestarrunner.com, here's the basis for the joke: "A Jorb Well Done". As you can see, the character Coach Z is unable to pronounce certain words corectly. So, he would likely say norb instead of noob or newb. So, instead of noob/newb/n00b say norb/n0rb. It's all I ask for. Yes, I'm aware of how stupid this is.
