I believe images can get burned into some part of your eye temporarily. Like if you see the reflection of the sun on a car, etc, you get those dots.

Yeah, he was arabic, but it's what everyone equates to Jesus. If people saw the real Jesus, they'd most likely think they were looking at Osama.
