Indeed funny to see someone can actually use E-Bay to buy stuffs.....
I do occasionally. Stuff like cd players etc. But not so much anymore. I haven't used it since last August, and in the past 3-4 days I've gotten about 10 emails.

That is kinda funny lol it would of been funny if u got like 15 pakages in the next few weeks
I checked to make sure that I didn't order anything while I was gone, but I didn't.

I love Ebay, I use it all the time, lots of great, cheap video games on it.
Yea it is useful... i baught a few leather coats from it and got them all under 50 bucks.. and the coats were brand new and worth 200+ bucks.
Pally probably those auctions sites are the ones that earn more money in the year...
Most of the people use em because you can find NEW 100% NEW articles for half of the price easily... you just have to know where to look...
Plus you live in canada... most of the people that sells

there is from canada and or USA, thats why probably you never used/will use it, cuz you dont need it

As for example, my bro bought all his damn pc in USA with ebay, spended half of what he would have to spend here... lmao...
And dashrike... getting your ebay accout hacked isnt really funny... specially if you sell there since if you do you have your credit card details there... so i dont think its an event to laugh at..., and i wonder how many of those ppl on ebay are under 18... lmao... probably 50% of em

Well its a little different, cuz I don't have a credit card or anything, esp not posted on ebay... And I made sure they didn't bid on anything either. So its all good.

I guess I just don't turst the internet... at all... lol. Hacking, jacking, etc...
A lot of people don't. I rarely use ebay, but its nice every once in a while.
I don't ever use e-bay because I think that it is just easier to buy your stuff from the stores because then you wouldn't have to wait for it to get there. The hackers are also pretty dangerous these days.
Well, it depends. Most of the time, EBay has items that are really hard to find, or even discontinued items. As mentioned before, it also has some really cheap stuff. However, you always have to check the rating of the seller, because you never know when you get...cheated on.
As for hacker, I guess I'm lucky that I never get hit by one. Good thing too, because I'd never be able to use it again if that happened.
How does ebay work anyway? I mean, I see an item, and what? I pay and home that guy send it to me?
You register an account thats tied in with your bank account/credit card, then you bid on items. If you win, the person will send it via mail.
Doesn't it happen often that you just pay, and the guy never send? "oh nossss his rating is low!!". So what, the guy just make $$$ for nothing...
After they receive payment, which (if you don't have a credit card) is the biggest pain in the 4ss.
The seller has a minium bid price and sometimes a Buy it now is there, where you don't have to bid, you can just buy it then.
I have gotten in some real bid battles with other people, about a year ago I bought a mint condition copy of FF3 for SNES with strategy guide and box, me and this other guy kept bidding on it until it got to an extravagant amount, but i ended up winning.
Thats why you just wait til the last minute to bid. (Which doesn't always work either.)
At a price... No? How much did you paid for it? "extravagant" for me goes up to 200 bucks just for the game...
I bought cd players etc of ebay. It works pretty well, though you don't know the quality/if they still work or not, but its cheaper. I bought a Lanzar VBD1600MP p.o.s. for 125$, while Lanzar's site says it 300$-ish. But its not. It just has a MP3 decoder, which is really nice. And it looks pretty smooth too.
