I used to think I had map making skillz, but now it's turning out I can't even make beacons invisible. 
It's cool becuase when you make a beacon invisible, all of the beacon cloaks except for the flashing part. So you get beacon flashers
It's was done in shapeshifters and fusioners RPG, but I haven't managed to do it.
I tried disabling, enabling, the "disable, wait 111, enable wait 111, enable" method. None of those have worked.
If you disable a beacon owned by you, then it becomes cloaked, but you can still see it becuase it's owned by you. If you disable or enable a beacon, then you can see it, but it becomes unselectable.
If someone does it, can they attach a UNLOCKED map (the mentioned RPGs are locked
) where it is done, so I can copy the triggers.
ADDITION:
ARG, disabled sprite units don't work either. When you place one for player 12, it says it's disabled, but you can see it. When you place one for a computer player, then it is normal

I'm fairly certain this is explained in the staredit tutorials section... might wanna check there in the Tutorials Section.

after you disable it for yourself, try giving it to a computer that you dont have vision with. that should work i think and qpirateking made a test map with this but i forget where that it.

Umm, search the tutorials. Couldn't find anything. However urmom's idea was pretty good. I'll try that tommorow (when I have SF and SC access).
