Personally, it looks a little biased to help Red more than the other three, and why do Red and Blue have no connection to each other directly like Teal and Purple do?

Ya red doesn't even have a way to the others?
The Bottem right person is messed as he has 2 way to be attacked from...

Fix the ramps at the top as they are harder to defend than the ones on the bottem 2 baces because they have no overhang they are out in the middle of the area

This is hardly a well organized map as you say it.

There are too many minerals at mains, they are setup in straight lines, which is pretty retarded. (sorry if you take offense to that, i couldnt think of another word)

This is VERY unbalanced.
Red has a way to the others but, doesnt matter.

THis map is hope less. Try again, next time give all players equal chances.

I upgraded it. Best that i can do. But if you want to, possibly play the map, its pretty fun. Its well balanced, theres always been a route connecting red to top right. I fixed the route to red to bottom left. For those who are are willing to play this map and give it a try, i thank you.

Dude, i never try to be rude, I even said I didnt mean to be offensive.
Dont begin to tell me this map is balanced.

here ill post an image in a bit to show you some changes.
Sorry for sounding harsh.

ADDITION:
Ok here, I made some changes, Red=Add/remove high terrain
Blue=mineral patches
Green=gas
Arrows=move object to tip of arrow

I tried to give you the idea that each player has its own natural and its own raised terrain expansion.
Keep an island expansion in the middle for people to fight over.

Sorry, but when i make maps, i try to make them as natural as a landscape could be. It would be far too conveniant in a real battle where there happens to be an island in the middle of a battle field overflowing with minerals that everybody can fight over. I try to make my maps... Not arena... like. It's hard explaining this.

But now i realize that this isnt what people like. :/

I shall take your advise and clean the map up though.

Good choice.

Otherwise, a melee map is crap. No one would play it, it would be unbalanced and no fun.

As PsychoTemplar once said, "SC is an odd game, I dont expect to walk outside and see a desert with oil for rivers"

So dont worry about how natural something looks.
