Its an interesting question.

Usually, the people I choose out to be staff have to be people I've known for a while. If you stick around, then thats not an issue for you.

You have to be a very pleasent person to deal with. If you catch me raising your warn level every week, you wont be staff wink.gif

You have to be a constant contributing member to the community, which means to the downloads DB, tutorials DB, and links DB.


By the way, I'm not hiring staff right now, but I soon will be searching for individual moderators. Don't beg me, I'll tell you if I like what you do here wink.gif

I still don't see the use for more moderators... Tazzy doesn't have to do anything anyway. More staff for the tut DB would be required though... WORKING staff, this time -_-

I'll probably be able to work in the summer, but I won't be able to write tutorials myself, I'll need somebody to tell me what tutorials to write (i.e. implementing sizeless or MPQ sounds, etc.)
