www.creepcolony.com has some. So does www.infoceptor.com but most of them that I tried don't work with v1.12

You have to find people that have most of them as the sites are down. I myself happen to have 28 Mods/TC's for Starcraft... but there all backed up on a cd currently and not on my hardrive. Not all are 100% complete but some are alot of fun, though you have to install multiple versions of SC as different ones work on different old versions. I got about 6-8 of the ones I have from another guy that has alot of old TC's... anyhow if you want some you probably have to ask one of us nicely and have a fast connection because some of them are HUGE

Yea most of them are huge. Just look at FungusCraft Gold. I believe about 30 mb or somethin. The one I recommend is Versus, a mod that combines ChronoCraft, PokeCraft, and a different mod that replaces Terran with video game characters.

I was able to find a ton of starcraft mods by going to this site. 
Also, Doodle has been pushing for a SC modding section of the forum. Where we can discuss arsenal III and such.
