As you can probably guess, I am FaZ- on that server too. It is a Counter-Strike server that plays a 24/7 scoutzknivez map.

The person that I am arguing against is a complete dumbass and thinks that he can do whatever he wants because he is an admin. He tried to ban me before but didn't have any reason to.

I didn't bother reading the whole thing.
As far as I'm concerned, if that's his forum and his server, he can do whatever he wants withing legal bounds.

I stopped reading that. It's painful. Maybe he should learn how to use correct grammar, no? He has to learn where to put the commas* where they* should be. He shouldn't be a hypocrit, and needs to learn where to put the first character after the double quotation marks (ala "I said, "I finished educating...").

He's not actually the server owner or the forum owner there, he's just an admin for some reason unbeknownst to everyone else. (Admin there is a position such as what like DK has here, above most but below a few too.) He doesn't pay or actually contribute to the server.
AE-Felagund, take a look at my post a few messages down with all of the red/yellow font. I corrected his post with about fifty errors and he shut up for the rest of the argument.
