Is this another version? Because I remember at school my friend kept going play guild wars it is so much better than runescape to this other person who is adicted to runescape.

It runs on a cd? Then my friend "prentended" it was guild wars...

You are supposed to buy it once but there is no monthly fee for it. (asked friend)

you dont need the cd to run it once you intall it i know, and i also think it was a large beta for it.

But the game has been released and is not in beta.

the game is FREE forever.......since NCSoft wont get any funds from that to update the game thell make expansions for it later down the line

If you dont like PvP and GvG dont bother playing....the game is fully PvP based there are quests and missions u can do and a HUGE world map to explore but PvP is godly here its not based on who can Grind out more levels(max level is 20, but u still get skills after u hit 20) its based more on strategy and skill of the user behind the computer....

if you want a nice graphics game and enjoy PvP then this game is definantly great for you.....

How did you get it for free? I though you had to buy the game. Unless you tested for it and you go the game for free.

........you buy the game......the beta was 10$ and u get 10$ off of the actual game when it comes out.....but beta is over now and you go and buy the game for like 50$ install it and have fun........

Some people just don't like MMORPGs.

You know, there's this uber-realistic game called Life. It doesn't lag, but the monthly fee is atrocious.

ya i saw it but i dont care to play it since its P2P ill go find some private servers later when someone finds the source...... like i do with almost every other game lol

thats because you probably never gave it a chance, after you get past level 20 the ggames gets soooo much better to play, and if you join a guild it rocks, i played the beta but i haven't baught the game yet

dude 20 is max level........and u can join guilds at any level

It seems to be a great game, but, with a free monthly fee, and with all the graphics n' stuff, don't ya think there would be an insuportable amount of lag if there is a somewhat big difference in internet connection speed?

FYI, i heard it was the creators of b.net that built and designed the free online capibiblity. That could mean I'm wrong up above...

And lvl 20 max?!? must take a long time to lvl up eh?

20 exp. per monster: 184695 exp. to lvl 2 lol

lvl 20 is max, for now. will prob be raised with the expansions that im sure will come out. No problems whatsoever with lag on 56k. tons of skills for each class as well (i think 150 per class, or maybe 150 total), and being able to mix two classes, the skill combinations are mind blowing.

Its NCSoft.....a bunch of programmers that broke off of blizzard cause blizzard = gay anyways.......NCSoft has made Lineage 2 as well.....(another great game but its P2P enless u play on private servers)

Leveling doesnt take to long.....maybe about 20-30 hours of constant level and u could easily get to level 20 from level 1

and i doubt thell raise the level cap because its a game based on THE SKILLOF THE USER not how many levels you can grind out like a n00b in most other mmorpgs....

EDIT : Befor i get massivly flamed.....heres my reason for hating blizzard

1) they make great games

2)then they ruin the great games by making gay ass patchs

3) they take out the fun of there games such as....(Sc:Glitchs)

4) they left sc for a bunch of gay games (IE: WC3, WOW)

5) THEY MADE A MMORPG BASED ON WARCRAFT!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHH RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

6)they cant make a game worth shit.....SC:Ghost is like 2-3 years over due

7)Starcraft IS THERE BEST GAME yet they could care less about it
