Ask Blizzard, they're the one who'll make it if they will or not make it if they won't becaues they're already made 1 but yet haven't said anything about 2 thus you can't know if they're gonna make it but if they are going to make it they will make it and if not maybe someone else will make it.

They haven't made or Started much on SC2, because of SC:G switching developers and delaying the game, and now magazines like EGM are doing articles about games that dont come out

That person that told you there's a "preview of SC2" is full of shit. Diahrea, to be specific.
At the end of WC3, they have some scenes that show various fights between MArines, Hydralisks, and Chaos Space Orcs(something like that. They're very much like Firebats). I think they might have had Zerglings too.
