Usually I'm democratic, but I will not allow spam here. Already as it is, I don't know of many communities which have a extreme off topic forum, like our "garbage forum" (I know battle forums has a "void"). The garbage forum is sometimes on the verge of spam, so be happy you have this at least.

Off topic is a combination of serious/screwing around topics. I simply just seperate them, so you are rewarded for serious debating topics, but not rewarded for playing a forum game.

In the Project Revolution (bunch of guys making a 3D SC) about every forum is spam... everyone say anything they want and as long as they don't insault the admins they're ok.
Infact, even the admins themselves spam regularly and flame every chance they have.
