well i see 1 noob who join like last week and he has more minerals more then me ive been posting and being active and i signe up like 2 months ago whats the deal!!!!

Are you trying to make yourself look like a mod
If you go to the "Forum Index" you will find all the forums have a mineral by them, while some have them crossed out (like the Garbage Forum).
If it is crossed out, you will not get minerals.
If it is not crossed out, you will get minerals.
You should go through the Forum Index and take note of what you will be rewarded for, and what not.
(I think they do this so just posting in random off-topic forums (like Garbage) doesn't get you anywhere, but if its something serious and useable, you do get rewarded)
Look in the forum "FAQ and Regulations" for the most information.
