No, but I practically did, I was either alone in my room reading/gaming/studying or out with friends. It hasn't changed since then.

They were never strict with me but they made sure I knew what the rules were.

I pretty much did 50% of the cleaning and 20% of the gardening in the house.

For one thing, my parents move just about ever 5 years, they have kept that pattern my whole life moving when I was 5, 10, 15, and getting a new house and moving to it when I was 20. Each move has seperated them from previous neighboors/friends and mine as well. My social life has pretty much been slim to nothing, I hate my parents for that.
