I was wondering if you can change the supply limit for a map. if so can you please tell me how?

To make sure someone doesn't go above a certain amount, just disallow building of supply buildings/units after a certain amount.

There are certain hyper units that can give you unlimited supplies. For more information, look at the "More reasearch needed about hyper units" thread in the concepts forum. (Need to get off, and too lazy to link).

The most popular way is to change all the normal guys that get created to heros. Hero units don't use up any supplies (most of them at least I think), and are therefore used in diplomacy maps. You know how you build the reguar zelots and they swtichs to the hero ones.

It still works. But I won't advise using it if unless you only want PC starcraft players to play your map because it will crash all others.

If you want more supply in a melee game then you better make it a team melee(you know the one where you can have multiple races and control the same units with other players), that will get you LOTS of extra supply :-).
