... keeps raving how WCIII is so good and all. He use to play sc as well, but got brainwashed by the WC3 community.
Sometimes i would tell him "Dude wc3 blows, get back on SC." But then he would say "WarcraftIII has more strategy than Starcraft. They've got spells, heroes, more units, more races, etc..." And all that.
How do i make a counter argument against that?

Sure Wc3 is your more fancy, possably more strategic, and newer. But think of how pwng SC was before it came out.
WarcraftIII to me is just like LOTR made into 3D starcraft/Warcraft.

Say its more challenging to complete tasks that can be easilly done in the WC3 editor in StarEdit, but its twice as rewarding. And its that challenge that makes the exceptionally good map makers better than the regular map makers.
Of course what I said makes no sense, but it sounded good.

At least in StarCraft, you don't have to worry about TEH UBER HERO!!1111 ahnillating an entire army.
And SCs story line is 10x better.

It really depends what he likes more; the World Editor pwns Staredit.exe so if he likes UMS you can be sure he stays in WC3, but if he likes melee... usually I'd say Starcraft is better but with all the money maps and that sh!t today... eh... start playing WC3 with him and get dedicated to it as well, that's the only option.

On this computer, Wc3 has worse graphics than SC. I have like barely the minimun req. so I have to have everything low as possable...

SC has better hacks.
SC has a larger organized mapmaking community.
