How did i do it you ask? Simple.
I was on bnet and i had to do something. So while on b.net i put my comp on sleep. USUALLY when i wake up my computer, sc will say
"Your connection to Battle.net has been interupted"
And id press okay, and go back to the menu. But this time, it didnt! So i technically was on, AND NOT ON!!! I was trapped in a time warp. I couldnt join, create, join other channels. I could just chat. But nobody hears! I was trapped in a time warp. Those people—Some of the people in that channel werent even there at the time, but i was trapped in a time warp.

Its because you lose your connection, but that message didn't create properly so you can do whatever you want. This happens to me all the time.
Also I can fill the entire screen with "%"s. I wont say how though. (If you also know, do not say)

That % thing I type in a channel in SC (no bots)
If you type soemthing and no one responds, do /whoami and if nothing happens, your disconnected and can flood alot.

Probably war's spam is that he kinda looks like he typed slow, cuz the words aren't just 1 letter.
