Does anybody know who I make all the human players black... or at least one color? When I make the human players the same color in SCMDraft 2 (the latest version #9), it changes back to the original colors in-game. I tried using SCMToolkit and GUEdit and the same happened. I also searched the tutorials and forums and found nothing.

THanks.

That is because you are doing one of the following..

1. Opening it up in X-tra after changing the colours
2. Not saving the map.

I don't have X-tra, and I definitely saved it the many times I tried.

Try it with Starforge.

If you're using .SCM it will not work. Changing colors will only work for .SCX files.

So make it a broodwar map and then try again.

He tried Guedit. Guedit won't let you change colours unless its a SCX.

If you are still having problems send it my way and I'll do it for you.

Thanks guys. I fixed it. MindArchon was partially right: I was just doing something wrong.

Thanks again.

I know, I was stating that you cannot change the color at all if you're using a starcraft map. Or in otherwords, .SCM.
