I need some help on making a campaign/user setting map like for one wjhat triggers do I need to implement to get the AI to mine minerals/gas expand their own base ect and ATTACK SOMETHING, ive just made plain maps before but this is the first time ive attempted a Campaign in all the years ive had starcraft unbelievable isnt it tongue.gif, anyway I need a lot of help in this department any would be much appreiciated



(btw I have some really good palin maps that i'll upload when i can find them)

This depends. You can either run the Normal AI's at the computer's bases... this would include Campaign AIs, Custom Level, and Insane AIs. Or you can get something to look at the AI Scripts and use the ones Blizzard did for the real Campaign. A third option would be to have your campaign use a custom patch and create your own AIs. It's really up to you.

I think i'd like to use the ones Blizzard used first to get the hang of it then try the Insane AI's, I downloaded a mod that makes the terran AI more aggresive in regualr play, do I have to download something else to get it so that it will only work in that map?

Making AI scripts is like programming so it's kinda tough. If you know about modding,you can add an AI created by anyone else that you know of.

The easy choice is to use default AIs.
After you placed a computer player town (with minerals and buildings). You need to create a location over the race's main buildings (Command Center;Nexus;Hatchery)

Then you set up a trigger for that player where you use the "Run AI script at location" action.
