I present to the Staredit Network - The Deanimator: Six Shots by Moonlight.

This is my first completed map in several years. It's really just something simple I whipped up in a couple days to get back into the swing of things. Having said that, I'm very happy with it; it turned out well.

It is based on the work of H.P. Lovecraft. Reanimated bodies will come towards you, and you must shoot them. This uses the Dark Swarm firing system by Tuxedo-Templar. The kicker is that you have a revolver, so you only have six shots at a time. I'm very proud of how I handled this part of the map. You'll see it when you play.

Parts of the story are revealed to you in-game.

It's nothing too complex, but if anybody wants an unprotected version, ask me.
Criticisms will not be taken personally.

Thanks, and enjoy.

You're right about it not being complex. I played it twice, and I think I got to the second "message" or whatever it was, then died when I ran out of shots. The defiler shouldn't stay stuck where it is like that, and monsters should spawn from more than just one direction. I think you need to work on this a little bit.

He forces them in one position so it allows him to use the gunner system without the restriction of P12 swarms. >.>

uh tux, its based on the game on onemorelevel.com In that its a side view where u can't more anything except the gun, and you shoot zombies coming from 1 direction. Pretty sweet game. (talking about the onemorelevel.com version, have yet to try this one.)

Thanks guys. It definitely is very simple, and could be made better. I just wanted to throw it out there and get some feedback. I will definitely take all criticisms into consideration.

And yes, it is based on a flash game (but that doesn't mean that I can't improve on the concept).

Thanks again.
