Zergling: Infested Grunt?
Have you ever seen an Infested Grunt ingame? They become Carrier Forms, same with anything else that's unfit for Combat forms. I would think so, atleast.

Hydralisk: Infested Elite
Ultralisk: Infested Marine
Inf. Elites are actualy stronger, faster, and more durable then Inf. Humans, as you may notice in Halo: CE. Thus, it should be the other way around.

Mutalisk: Flood Ghost? Make it a ground unit.
Guardian: Flood Tank? Make it a ground unit
Devourer: Flood Wraith? Make it a ground unit.
...
Overlord: Don't know
There's no such thing as an 'infested' vehicle. It all depends on who's piloting it.
Thus, all units should have a mind control function that only works on ground vehicles, and has 0 range, and it would be the equivelant of "jacking" vehicles. As for Overlord, the Flood can apparently pilot Pelicans, albeit quite poorly.

Queen: Infection Form (the little larvas), give it a melee attack, and make it a ground unit.
Defiler: Infested Sword Elite?
Actualy, thanks to MemGraft, you can take units out, and give units different palletes, so you can completely remove the Queen and Defiler, and if necesary, replace some other units with their spells when and if applicable.

Mojo: Tarsonis (Can't spell his name)
Fenix Zealot: The Elite with the half-missing jaw (Forgot his name)
"Tarsonis"? The closest to that I can remember in Halo 2 is "Tartarus"...
As for the Pearl Elite(I call whites "pearl", because in CE their armor had a neat pearly shine to it), I don't think his name is even said in the entire game...
