He's not harsh he's actually given lots of chances to people before. But if you do cross the line, you're done for.

If I were Administrator, I would've banned more people.

Never. Yoshi is a god, gods never make a mistake.

Seriously, I think Yoshi does a great job. Some people though take offense when topics are moved or something... blink.gif

If anything, he doesn't ban enough.

I know he always gives a reason when he does stuff.
Sure sometimes you disagree and he may be a little "harsh", but he always has his reasons in his head.

i understand that but i question him banning people from some topics but if he has good reasons and i mean good then ill just stfu

Sometimes it seems like he has no reason, but he usually PMs you or puts the basics of it.

I'm reopening this because its a valid question and critizim against me, and I have no trouble defending myself. I will tell you right now, I never do something without reason.

I've made it extremely easy for everybody to see and follow rules that were set in place. No rule has been created without reason. Instead of refering to a rule page all the time, I took the time to program a header when you make a new topic, or poll.

I quote from the header of the new topic creation of that forum:
QUOTE
Making a topic about rating, requesting, or offering signatures/avatars? Use the forum stickies, or you'll be banned from the Creative forum

Unfair? Prehaps. But I think its even more unfair that you're ignoring it and taking away the time of myself and the moderators.

The forum ban won't last forever though, I'll remove it at one point or another. I always do.

The only types of bans I keep are IP bans, when you're being abusive on purpose. You may have not done it on purpose, but I stress the importance of listening to rules and being considerate.

Besides, you have 3 other recorded spam offenses here. I'm just trying to get my point accross.

He should be less harsh in forums that has alot of pinned topics... People don't always check all these 5 topics in a row to be sure they're not breaking any rules.

If there is only one, though, it should be a must-read :/

If its something you've never done, then keep note of rules of the forum. If you're going somewhere or busy, then make that topic another time.

Yoshi isn't harsh at all, in fact he is extremely lenient, like the time I only got suspended for ONE day, when others have gotten a lot more.

Since you seem to understand how this stuff works so much violenti, please point me to the "ban from topic" function.

I don't think its too much to read five different lines of text; most posts consist of about the same word count.

I read the rules and such while I wait for people to post and for stuff to happen, there not that long and hard to read. If you ever read one, notice how simple it is.
I always read the rules that are automatically put at the top while replying, even if I know what they say.

Oh, so the point of pinned topics is to bring attention to only the first one?
They're pinned them so people read them. A topic named "Rules" should bring enough attention to itself, even if it is the second topic on the screen with a special image, and the "Pinned: " prefix next to it.

True, but then, peopel see "rules" all the time, so they tend to ignore since they think they knoe all of them already.

But Yoshi is the coolest Yosher in the world!
