You can't create new units, You can only edit units.

you can but that would be removing another unit.
such as if you want 2 marines
you would have to get rid of a unit like a ghost and change alot of things such as the gun, the looks and everything. Its possible, but it takes alot of hard work.

I don't know if its been mentioned before or not, but wouldn't it be possible to remove the "extra" units (IE: Unit 1123), and replace them with normal units?

u can make new units by replacing the unused or extra units that never effects or is in sc, so replacing those doesnt really matter...
